I took the CPR/First Aid training with Alex at the Kiddie Keep Well Camp training center in Edison. He really knows his stuff, gets right to the point and answered any questions we had. I recently attended a CPR training class, and it was an excellent experience. The instructor explained each step clearly and made sure everyone felt comfortable practicing the techniques. I appreciated how the training included real-life scenarios, which gave me confidence in how to respond during an emergency.

The hands-on practice with manikins was especially helpful, as it allowed me to learn the correct hand placement, depth of compressions, and timing. The instructor was patient, answered all our questions, and gave individual feedback to make sure we understood the skills.
